Every project we take on requires extensive resources such as time, research, and internal expenses. Therefore, once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. By submitting a payment, the client agrees to the pricing in the quote.
If a project is cancelled, delayed or postponed by the client, all fees and deposits will be retained by Signaigo Legal Content.
If applicable, additional cost will be charged to the client for all work completed beyond the project’s original specifications.
