Deepak has over 20 years of experience working in the tech sector with industry giants like Qualcomm, Intuit, Microsoft, Oracle, and many more.

6) What's involved in SEO?

Law firm SEO is hyper-competitive and highly specialized.  It’s not just about writing stuff and posting it online.

Winning at law firm SEO requires:

•Web design (UI/UX)
•Speed and mobile functionality
•Data tracking and analysis
•Ad creation & management
•Technical updates & maintenance
•Indexing
•Cybersecurity
•Competitor research
•Content strategy
•Writing
•Editing
•Link building
•Data-based decision making

…and more.

This is more than any one person can do themselves.  Great law firm SEO requires a team of experts.

7) Do I need to hire a digital marketing agency?

Digital marketing for law firms is the most competitive of any industry.  To be successful, you must be an expert in:

Web design and UI/UX
• Researching and writing SEO
• Planning and executing ad campaigns
• Resolving technical issues
• Data tracking and analysis
• Cybersecurity
• Competitor research

…and more.

Even if you are great at all of these things, it will still be a challenge to handle all of them yourself (especially while running a law firm).

Thus, it’s likely that you will need a marketing department or agency to help you.

8) What should I look for when hiring a law firm marketing agency?

Marketing agencies are a dime-a-dozen.  Many of them overpromise and underdeliver.

Great law firm marketing agencies:

• Practice what they preach
• Have loads of industry-specific experience
• Have successful clients and case studies
• Report results clearly and transparently
• Have clear and transparent strategies
• Have been in business for years

9) What results should I expect to see, and in what time frame?

Here is an estimated timeline of the work we do:

Month 1
•Website Audit
•Competitor Research
•Topic Research
•Content Plan
•Optimize Intake Systems

Month 2
•Technical Fixes
•Email Capture
•Speed Optimization
•Mobile Optimization
•Update Old Content

Month 3+
•Publish new content
•Data tracking and analysis
•Technical updates and maintenance
•Ad creation & management
•Link building

*Results may vary based on clients’ needs and objectives.

10) How do we measure success?

We measure success by the number of qualified leads we generate for our clients each month.

We do that by tracking traffic and conversions.  Traffic is the number of people who visit your site.  Conversions are the number of people who contact you and become a lead.

Qualified leads are prospective clients (excludes people who contact you for other purposes).

11) What's your experience in the industry?

Our Founder Eddie Signaigo has been an attorney since 2009 and an SEO since 2019.

Our CTO Deepak Wadwhani has worked in technology for more than 20 years with companies like Qualcomm, Intuit, Microsoft, Oracle, Sprint, Verizon, and many more.

12) What key strategies and techniques do you use?

Unlike other agencies, we track our clients’ data daily and make data-based updates.  We allocate more resources to what’s working and make adjustments to what’s not.  The result is higher ROI for our clients.

Other agencies use a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all-approach that ignores key data and results in lower ROI.

13) How often do you track your clients' data?

We track our clients’ data every day.  We are one of the only law firm marketing agencies with the people and systems in place to do that.

With daily data tracking, we allocate more resources to what’s working and make adjustments to what’s not – resulting in the highest possible ROI for our clients.

15) How long have you been in business?

Signaigo Legal Content has been in business since 2019.

However, our industry experience extends much longer than that.  Our Founder Eddie Signaigo has been an attorney since 2009.  Our CTO Deepak Wadhwani has worked in technology for more than 20 years with Qualcomm, Intuit, Microsoft, Oracle, and many other industry giants.

16) How do you communicate with us?

We communicate by phone and email.  Our lines are always open.  Call or email us any time for support.

We are always happy to talk about what we’re doing for our clients and the rationale behind it.

For clients who purchase Solutions packages, we suggest monthly or bi-monthly phone conferences for strategic planning and reporting results.

17) Can we keep our current website?

It depends.  The first thing we will do is audit your current website to determine if it is an asset or a liability.

If it is an asset, we will migrate it to our platform.  If it’s a liability, we we will build you a new website from scratch.

18) How does SEO for law firms compare to pay-per-click?

SEO is a long term asset, while pay-per-click (PPC) is an ongoing cost.

However, PPC generates traffic immediately, while SEO takes months or years to develop.

Thus, SEO and PPC both have advantages, and it’s ideal to use a combination of the two.

19) How does billing work?

SEO Course
One time payment of $499.

SEO Audit
One-time payment of $1,000.

Consulting
Consulting services cost $2,000/month.  Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Solutions
SEO, PPC, and web design services are billed monthly.  Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.  Our billing is always 100% transparent.  There are no hidden fees, ever.

Your monthly bill is broken down into three sections:

1) Technology

Includes web design, speed and mobile functionality, daily data tracking and analysis, PPC management, technical updates and maintenance, technical support, cybersecurity, APIs, website migration, and other services.

2) SEO

Includes competitor research, content strategy, data tracking and analysis, writing, editing, link building, updating based on data, phone and email support, monthly results reports, monthly phone calls, and other services.

3) Monthly Ad Spend

The amount you want to spend on digital ads each month.

20) Is there a minimum contract or commitment?

There is no minimum contract.  We offer our services monthly.

However, SEO is a long game.  We suggest engaging in content marketing for at least 6-12 months for best results.

21) Do you use AI-generated content?

Our content is 100% human-generated.  All writing and revision are done by humans.  However, we use AI-powered tools to check for plagiarism (Grammarly), add backend data (Rank Math), and help generate legal blog topics (ChatGPT).  These tools save time, enhance the product, and enable us to provide greater value to our clients at a better price.

22) How often should I post blogs?

Google loves blogs that are regularly updated. We recommend blogging at least once to twice per month – this keeps your content consistent and fresh, gives the articles time to gain traction, and also fits within your budget.
